First Steps
Prior to adopting a Rescue rabbit, an Adoption Request Form needs to be filled out. Please
E-mail us to get this Adoption Form to continue with adoption.An adoption application will be sent to you once we receive your request. Check your spam folder.
Include in your email, your name, your phone number (this way we can contact you when we send you the application) and if you live far away. We can try to help you find that perfect bunny. If you live far away, and are accepted to adopt, you can likely pick up your bunny on your appointment day.
If a bunny is not showing a bio, that means they are not ready yet, and still in the intake process. You still can adopt them. They just won’t be ready to leave the rescue for 3-7 days.
If a bunny is in pending status, they are already going through an adoption process. If a bunny is on hold, it could be it is showing signs of a sickness, is hurt or has babies, or is on old for a variety of other reasons. You can still adopt but they will have to stay here until we think they are ready for adoption.

All adoption fees run from $30-$160 depending on age, breed and care of the bunny. All fees include starter food, hay and litter and a folder filled with information about your bunny.
We had to up our rates on the ones we fix on our own and I do apologize but in the long run this is helping you adopt a bunny and not have to worry about paying hundreds of dollars that it cost to fix a bunny. If they come in and are fixed this does helps us keep the cost down for those bunnies. Parents dropping off bunnies also help pay a fee to go towards getting them fixed so this too will help some of them be at a lower cost. This was a hard decision to make but to make sure they are cared, loved and fed properly and can continue saving bunnies and adopting them to a new family that will love them forever, it was something we had to do.
We are working hard on getting most of the bunnies spayed/neutered. This is so exciting to add to our new adventure. Getting Bunnies spayed/neutered is a very high cost. Because of this, our adoption prices will also be going up. But this will help you have a better potty trained, happier, and healthier bunny. It depends on what the re-homer pays when dropping a bunny off on what a cost will be for a bunny. Please bear with us if you see adoption prices go up.

He really needs someone who can work with him. He has a beautiful heart but something really messed him up as a baby and he just seems still so scared even with his last homes. Lakelyn is a laid back sweet girl. She does struggle coming out of the cage, buy wanting to jump out of your arms. Once she knows you, she is sweet. She would do great in any home, but also willing to give her time to adjust

Zoloft had hurt her eye at one point. She might have a blind spot but nothing you need to worry about or even notice. Since she has been here she has become a sweetheart and is bonded with several friends
Zoloft is more picker on how you put things in her cage. She is more on the lazy side but she does take treats and food out of your hand. She loves to be held but it takes a little to get her out of the cage. She had an awful life and a terrible diet so she loves to eat. She has a sweet heart but need a little adjustment period

He is full knots and we are working on getting him look better. But over all he is sweet, young and deserves a better home that he had prior. He will love you and you can’t help to love him. We are looking into neutering him to help calm him down. We have high hopes for this baby boy.

Whinnie is so sweet, once you hold her she melts into your arms. She was very young and had never been held by an adult. This caused her to be very frightened. She is having a hard time trusting humans so she will run from you. But once you have her, she will have your heart she is just a girl looking for love.

Zhuri is so sweet, once you hold her she melts into your arms. She has had a very rough life and lived in the wild since she was born. She had never delt with humans and is very scared and still learning trust. She will let you hold her and pet her, she is just scared so she will hide or shake when you do. She is getting better and just needs to be loved and know its okay. She might do better in a quieter home.

Grace is a very sweet girl. she just doesn’t always like to be held nor does Hollander. She will let you love on her and does really good free roaming and is a great floor bunny. Just not great at always wanting to be held. IF you work with her she will do better as she feels loved and safe. Grace would do better in a home that knows how to care for bunnies.

Menace came in because he is a very hyper and can be aggressive breed. When he came in he was aggressive and he even tried to escape and hurt his eye. The eye has healed but within this time we had to pick him up and care for him, this made a huge difference he has been super sweet, he lets us hold him he is a stinker but cute and really just needs lots of love. He is now showing no signs of aggressiveness. But he would do better in a home without kids, or older kids and one who can keep working with him because right now he is a big love bug.
